“Great experience from start to finish. James came out to the house and explained the options for a new central heating system. He took my preferences and future plans into consideration to come up with a solid plan which ticked every box. The work started 6 weeks later and only took a couple of days from start to finish. I got a brand new central heating system. All the radiators were gutted out and cleaned through. The tanks in the loft have been removed. There is no longer any water running through the loft, it is all under the floorboards. Pipes which are no longer used have been removed. The place was tidy when they were done. Had a teething problem a couple of days later, James came out straight away and found the fault quickly, and it is now sorted. Absolutely no complaints. I am almost certain to use Preston Flemming again in the future. Class act.”

“I have recently used Preston and his professional team once again to service and maintain my boiler and central heating system. The two friendly engineers turned up withing 15 minutes of myself being contacted by Preston himself to ask if the time was suitable. With restrictions of COVID the two engineers arrived protected with masks as well as being well presented with the company logo proudly on display inspiring confidence by being willing to put a stamp on their work. Upon completion of the work, they cleared up behind themselves leaving no residue and cleaned down their area of work without asking. It was also great that a company turns up prompt these days. Ask yourself how many times you have waited on deliveries recently only to be told they are delayed again and again. Preston and his team have always delivered on time and at very competitive prices with exceptional aftercare with their warranty packages once the manufacturer guarantee expires. I would recommend them to anyone and have done in the past and those have not been disappointed either.
