Our Gas Safe engineers carry out visual inspections, gas-pressure and combustion checks, flue and condensate tests, and component cleaning — most domestic boilers are serviced in around 30 minutes.

What we do on every service
Our Gas Safe engineers follow a structured checklist tailored to your boiler type. Work typically includes a visual inspection, gas tightness and combustion tests, checking the expansion vessel and pressure, inspecting the flue and condensate discharge, cleaning accessible components and replacing seals where needed. For unvented cylinders and Megaflo systems we apply BPEC G3 checks where applicable. Most domestic services take around 30 minutes; we always advise if a follow-up repair is required.
